About Local Customer Tools

I help local business owners see what is missing from their Google profile and decide what to fix first.

Meet Paul Miller

I’m Paul Miller, an entrepreneur and digital product creator based in Los Angeles. My background includes more than 30 years in manufacturing and private label products, including work with QVC, HSN, and Home Depot.
That experience shapes how I approach marketing: start with the customer, make the offer clear, and connect the work to a business outcome.
I also help businesses with Google Business Profile setup, management, and related local marketing. Local Customer Tools brings that practical approach into guides, workbooks, a free scorecard, and personalized profile reviews.

Why I created Local Customer Tools

Local business owners have plenty to manage. A Google profile, reviews, website, and customer follow-up should help people choose the business and make contact.
I created Local Customer Tools to make that work easier to understand and put in order. Start with what customers can find today. Check whether the information is accurate, the proof is useful, and the next step is clear. Then work through the gaps.
The resources focus on actions an owner can take: complete profile details, clearer services, current photos, a consistent review routine, and an easier path to contact. Each tool is designed to help you decide what deserves attention next.
Have a question about your profile or the guides? Contact Paul. For a personal review and fix order, see the Google Business Profile Audit + 30-Day Action Plan.

Google Business Profile is the starting point.

The Google Business Profile guide is the first in a growing collection of practical tools for local business owners. I’m exploring resources for managing leads, keeping customer records, improving websites, and making other parts of local marketing easier to handle. What comes next will be shaped by the problems owners actually need help solving.
