This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Local Customer Tools through Gumroad, including downloadable guides, workbooks, templates, prompt files, spreadsheets, and related digital materials.
7-Day Fit Guarantee
We want you to feel comfortable purchasing from Local Customer Tools. You may review your digital product for seven calendar days after purchase. If you decide during that period that the product is not a useful fit, reply to your Gumroad receipt and request a refund.
Your request must be sent within seven calendar days of the original purchase date. Please include a brief explanation of what did not meet your expectations so we can improve the product.
After Seven Days
After the seven-day period, digital product purchases are final. Digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds are not provided after seven days because you changed your mind, did not use the materials, no longer need the product, or did not achieve a particular ranking, visibility, revenue, lead, review, or business result.
Duplicate Charges and Access Problems
Duplicate purchases will be refunded. If files are missing, damaged, or inaccessible, contact us through your Gumroad receipt. We will first attempt to correct the delivery or access problem. If we cannot provide the product you purchased, we will issue a refund.
What Happens After a Refund
Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad. A full refund ends your Gumroad access to the product and any future product updates. By accepting a refund, you agree to delete downloaded copies and stop using, sharing, or distributing the refunded materials.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
Local Customer Tools products are educational resources. They do not guarantee Google rankings, Google Maps placement, AI recommendations, calls, leads, sales, reviews, revenue, or any other specific business result. A refund request based only on the absence of a particular result is not covered after the seven-day guarantee period.
Services and Audits
This policy applies only to digital products. The $297 Google Business Profile Audit and any consulting, audit, or done-for-you service are subject to the cancellation and refund terms stated on the applicable service page, checkout page, proposal, or agreement.
Gumroad and Applicable Law
Gumroad processes payments, product delivery, and refunds for purchases made through its platform. Gumroad may also handle refund, chargeback, or payment disputes under its own terms and policies.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
How to Request Help or a Refund
Reply directly to your Gumroad receipt using the email address associated with the purchase. Include the product name, purchase email address, and a short description of the issue or refund request.
